Your INSITE activation method must patch the signature verification in order to use older or modified calibrations. This is not a problem with the INCAL, but actually a problem with INSITE as newer INSITE has new restrictions. It does indeed work, however any INCALs older than Dec 2019 will require you to add the csb tag to the compatibility header in order to flash in INSITE 8.6-8.7.
